Ozone is the tri-atomic Oxygen an extremely effective oxidant. This property makes it a strong disinfectant and broad-spectrum microbiological control bactericide. It is highly reactive, very unstable and converts back into oxygen after the process of disinfection.
Ozone is generated by excitation of molecular Oxygen, causing some of it to disassociate into Oxygen atom, which recombines with oxygen to form Ozone. The energy for the process of Ozone production is supplied by electrical energy. Commercial Ozone Generator has two electrodes separated by an air gap. A high voltage potential is applied between the two electrodes having a dielectric between them, and a corona discharge is developed. The feed gas containing oxygen is allowed to pass between the narrow gap. Where the Ozone is produced by recombination of Oxygen atoms.

It features several indicators, flowmeter, variable ozone output and voltage Hi-Low cutoff. Additional protections and interlocks ensure perfect operation and protection of the ozone generator.
